NUOMI Intelligent Production Base Phase I

Covering an area of approximately 80,000 square meters, the base is equipped with international intelligent manufacturing technology and equipment, enabling large-scale automated production. It is recognized as a benchmark for transformation and upgrading, emphasizing the importance of "Specialization and Refinement" in achieving sustained success.

NUOMI Intelligent Production Base Phase II

The project is positioned as the R&D base for Nuomi's high-end basic hardware, with a planned area of 63,000㎡. With significant investment, this project will be built to the standards of a "dark factory," fully integrating fully automated smart production lines and logistics systems. It will comprehensively enhance Nuomi's delivery capabilities for high-end basic hardware by improving manufacturing precision, quality control, and logistics distribution.

Intelligent Automation

The production base is equipped with intelligent robots and automated equipment in workshops such as welding, stamping, painting, and assembly. This not only saves labor but also improves overall manufacturing efficiency. It supports flexible production for a wide variety of hardware products and specifications, and ensures consistency in product quality with micron-level processing precision.

Intelligent Unmanned Warehousing

The digital warehousing system, in combination with automatic conveyor lines and AGV-guided transport vehicles, enables intelligent and automatic inbound and outbound storage of packaged finished products based on demand. This ensures efficient and accurate picking, significantly shortening the inventory turnover period.

Lean quality management

Seven layers of quality inspection, multiple product durability tests, and nearly a hundred product off-line and production inspection items. Continuously improving with lean production standards, this sets higher benchmarks, making "NUOMI" not just a brand, but a symbol of quality within the industry.
